What would it look like if you were able to drive real change in your organization and create a positive impact ON your well-being and on the well-being of others?
Your success isn’t solely defined by professional accomplishments but also by your ability to navigate challenges, adapt to change, and foster a culture of inclusivity and resilience.
True growth occurs when we look inward and examine issues of identity and power. When we foster an environment that celebrates diversity, we unlock the full potential of individuals and teams, driving innovation and healthy collaboration.
This is the heart of the Inclusive Excellence Leadership Program and we invite you take part.
Deeper Connection. Stronger Leadership.
Creating workplaces or communities that are inclusive of the wide diversity of its members is complicated work, but at The Solidago Institute, we are committed to making it easier. The Inclusive Excellence Leadership Program will help you transform not just as a leader but as a person.
CULTIVATE BELONGING
We’ll work alongside you to shape a shared vision for a workplace where everyone feels valued and included. Together, we’ll build strategies that not only strengthen culture but also inspire genuine buy-in across your whole community.
NURTURE WELL-BEING
Our work together will help you strengthen your own well-being while learning how to support and uplift the well-being of those around you. Together, we’ll create a culture where care is shared, resilience is cultivated, and everyone can thrive.
CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE
We bring leaders together to deepen their skills and confidence in leading healthy, productive conversations about identity and inclusion. In community, we learn, listen, and practice—so change becomes not just possible, but lasting.
When you join the Inclusive Excellence Leadership Program
You will be able to finally map a clear vision of success for your organization and get the tools necessary to carry change forward
The Inclusive Excellence Leadership Program moves beyond the traditional leadership development model to help organizations define a clear vision for success around workplace culture and provide the tools necessary to carry change forward for lasting results professionally, personally, and on the bottom line. You will learn:
How to hone your organizational vision for building an inclusive workplace.
How to cultivate buy-in for your inclusion work
How to facilitate conversations around issues related to identity
How to take care of oneself and be well while doing hard work

“I developed skills that have helped me better support a diverse and dynamic team, and I have gained a network of leaders to collaborate with who have deeply enriched the work I am doing.”
Chris Stewart, Director of Upward Bound Programs, University of Wisconsin - Green Bay
Transform how you work, lead, and Live
Each of us carries a unique story—shaped by our lived experiences—that influences how we lead, collaborate, and connect. When we take the time to slow down, reflect, and truly listen to the perspectives of others, we create space for belonging and inclusion to flourish.
This isn’t just about how we show up in our personal lives—it’s about transforming the culture of our workplaces and communities.
When we are seen, heard, and trusted to bring our full selves to the table, we unlock the potential to do our best work—together.

Why Solidago Institute?
At the Solidago Institute, we help leaders grow in ways that strengthen both their own well-being and the cultures they shape.
In a time when conversations about identity can feel challenging, we create spaces where those conversations become catalysts for trust, connection, and possibility. We believe that when leaders champion inclusion, justice, and collective well-being, they spark the kind of change that helps people—and entire workplaces—thrive.
Step Into A Community of Changemakers

Cohort participants will learn…
• How to hone your organizational vision for equity and inclusion
• How to cultivate buy-in for diversity and inclusion work
• How to facilitate conversations that can feel fraught
• How to take care of oneself and be well while doing hard work -
Prior to the opening session, we will reach out to you to complete a comprehensive intake assessment.
This assessment will help you identify strengths and opportunities for growth for both you and your organization.
Upon completion of this assessment, we will schedule a virtual call with you to go through the assessment and discuss any additional hopes you may have for the program and any ways that we can help you have an excellent experience in the program.
-
While it is our hope that every member of the cohort can make it to every session, we want to share with you that the full-day kickoff session is mandatory for all participants.
We want to ensure that the cohort group forms a strong bond, and we believe that if a participant can’t make this very first session, it hurts their experience as well as the cohesiveness of the group. -

In order to create an intimate setting where powerful relationships can be formed, we cap every cohort program at 12 participants.
We believe that this is a magic number that allows for a wide diversity of perspectives to be present in a room where everyone can engage and be heard.
Organizations may send multiple representatives to a single cohort or elect to send participants through the program in consecutive sessions. -
BAt The Solidago Institute, we know that transformation doesn’t end when the program does—it deepens over time and in community. That’s why every Inclusive Excellence Leadership Program participant receives a full year of membership in the Solidago Community.
Through monthly community calls, you’ll have ongoing opportunities to reconnect with your cohort, engage with our faculty, and join meaningful conversations with members from across our network. These calls are relaxed, generative spaces where you can share updates, explore new ideas, and get real-time support on the challenges and opportunities you’re navigating.
Think of it as your built-in circle of colleagues, allies, and friends—here to help you keep growing, keep connecting, and keep making an impact all year long.
